can someone confirm that 463 seats are the same as w124 ?? if yes can i fit them in my 460 ??

When the 463 was launched, the press release stated that the seats had been sourced from the W201 (190 E). So it may well be. That is the seats, but the bases must be different.

Fred, remember that the swb has a folding seat which was obviously different from the 124
