suspension rub..............

the front bump stop seems to be rubbing on the spring, is this normal? never noticed it before spring doesnt seem to have moved(cant see how it could?) any one any ideas?checked other and that seems to be close to the spring too!?

Maybe damaged on one side and thus misaligned?
