One of our customers who converts G-klasse cars into armoured versions has invited our company & its guests to a tour of its facility near munich.
We are considering (if there is enough interest) hiring a bus for the trip & getting a hotel sorted for a weekend.
Would this be of any interest to any of the members?

'aye' , happy to put deposit down (as long as i dont have to sit next to someone with no sense of humour and/or vinyl patches and the elbows of their corduroy jacket!!)

Re: Factory tour

dates are at the moment flexible as we need to know the numbers before booking & paying for transport & hotels.

Re: Factory tour

Yeah near enough (UAE), and I hear the visa can take a few weeks, hence the advance notice required. Also we have a religious celebration (Eid) late October so I'll probably be back home (Dubai) at the time.
Will see what happens, I got a friend interested as well (from the EU - no visa!)
