HELP EXHAUST SYSTEM NEEDED!!!!!!!!
Help does anyone know where i can get an exhaust system apart from the main dealer for my 280 GE swb 1984, i have tried most places eurocarparts etc to no avail

I got mine from a place called Harvey's Tyres in Northwich. I think they are actually owned by Quick Fit.
You should find them in yellow pages. If not I can get it for you.
hi there many thanks ... but i got a guy in southport to make one for me the total cost was £260 that included fitting :) far better then the £700+ mercedes :shock: wanted..

Steve Re your exhaust man in Southport Do you have a contact number. The last part of the jigsaw to get my 280GE LWB an MOT is the rear silencer box and the Merc price is more than you paid for the whole system. Cheers Gary
try ebay.de loads of exhaust parts for sale i bought back box and tail pipe for less than 100 quid

If you go to www.topgear.co.uk they custom make exhaust systems at most of their depots, I am planning to get my 460gd made at Bridport their head office so try them for a quote
