How did you weld the quater panels back on? Getting them off looks ok, putting them back on looks harder. I do not have access to a spot welder.

drill holes and plug weld, presuming you have a mig welder.

I have a friend with a mig welder if that counts! Is is difficult to do? What about hiring a spot welder?

I personally used tigerseal and glued em back on this way all joints are sealed and not grinding out welds to give you seams.
Very successful i must say and solid

Re: Rear end cill

I used the equivalent to tiger seal. Just ask for semi structural seam adhesive / sealer at a paint supplier. In my opinion its better / easier than seam welding in certain areas like the rear quarter panels. Plug welding with a mig is, however, a doodle.

Also unless you can get a spot welder that works from one side only it’s of no use what so ever for the rear quarter panels.
