This is a wonderful pass near Tragacete in Cuenca, Spain. Amazing views and the kind of trail that the only non-prepared off-road car that can cross it is the G. The some soon-to-be members of the soon-to-be Spanish G Club, including me were there on Friday. We had a fantastic day. Enjoy the pics

The entrance to the Estrecho.... between rock walls and trying to avoid wheel-high holes.. at one point I thought I had ruined my new exhaust by having half of the G lean on it on a rock. I then discovered how thick the walls of that exhaust box made of stainless are... not even a scratch!

Then we arrived to an area with very slippery mud. Some of the guys, being untrained in the British way of doing off-roading got their Gs stuck in what seemed to be not a very difficult part...

And before going home, we did it again backwards! I love this picture that a colleague took of me and my G getting out of a small pothole! Rather impressive but I did all of the track on my Gs own steam without a problem whatsoever!

interesting group, specially as you have amongst you a 1993 500GE! It looks the business, specially with the blacked-out wheels and a winch and snorkel! What's that on the bonnet of the G320 SWB (near the a/c air vent), a magnetic aerial mount for a CB?
I'd say your GB sticker looks out of place in Espana, but i guess those around you know who's driving so it's not a problem. Is there an advantage to keeping the "foreign" plates over there, or is it just until you get around to doing the registration formalities at home...

Yes the round thing is a magnetic aerial mount for a CB. We all use them here.

And the UK plate is until I get my life in order and have the G imported...

Cheers

WOW! Definitely "G" country.
Looks like you may be worth a visit, Jesus..... or emigration to Spain could be an option!

No, unfortunately folks are too individual to get organized in a Club!

Which does not mean that they are not extremely organized!

Re: El Estrecho del Infierno (Hell's strait)

This was yesterday at a different place (Guadalajara) which I could not attend due to my G being in the garage for repairs (something to do with the injection). You can tell how steep the climb was by how much that 500 GE lifts its paws!

I am lucky enough to live in the heart of the lake district but there are very limited oppotunities to enjoy anything like your experiences due to the compact nature and sensitivity of the area.Your photos are truly inspiring, thanks Bruce..
