Does anyone have any experience in changing the brake fluid?
How do you empty the brake fluid reservoir? I have tried using a syringe but the reservoir seems to be divided into 2 chambers and I have only managed to empty one.
Any tips most welcome.(300GES 1992)

The reservoir is split into 2 chambers. 1 front and the other rear. You need to bleed a front and rear axle to drain it completly.
I bought a bleeder that uses the tyre pressure to force out the fluid and then put in the new fluid. Only cost £12 from th elocal car parts place, well worth it.

Thanks for your advice. I bought an easibleed and it did the job with ease.
I thought that I would renew the fluid for the diff locks at the same time. I found the nipples for the front and rear but I couldn't find the centre one. Does anyone know where it is located?

The centre one is vacuum-operated so you won't find the nipple for that one!
