Irish get together - Benone Strand.
Hi all,
Announcing an informal get together at Benone Strand (Tourist complex car park initially), this coming Sunday 30th October 2005.
Hoping to gather up around the 10:30 mark.
Just for a chat, faces to names etc.
Will try to arrange tea and stickies with Limavady council, but have a feeling they may now be closed for season.
Following this, a run on the spectacular beach, possible ferry trip to Donegal for a drop of cheap diesel (takes an hour there and back). Or a pint or half in their lovely smoke free pubs!!.
This is a good chance to free up your difflocks in time for winter!!
Let me know interest levels - appreciate a little short on notice - but weather is soon to be a constraint.

The man I bought the LWB off said he would be there -- no "G" though
Plus he was phoning round his various contacts to drum up support -- hence his call to myself.

i have drummed up a couple of people for the wee meet on sunday
pgn from the forum , tony a G owner from up here as well and myself
i mentioned to jdub to try and bring along the guy with the G that he is trying to buy
he mentioned that there is another 3 G owners in ballyshannon,donegal town area, iasked him to mention to them to come up a wee run
@buckalec irish rep, can you arrange some application forms ,welcome packs for the meeting to see if we can get some new members for the club

Sure will, however some of the guys are thinking I'll be getting a little too big for my boots and snubbing the 460 owners!!
Trip home was great....storm never materialised and boat sailed on time, home by midnight. Another 700+ miles weekend!!
Appreciated your advice, though makes the gearbox swap out a little more daunting. Watch this space (and your in tray!!) for advice,
