Can anyone answer the following questions:

What fuel does it use, standard unleaded or super unleaded?:

What is the standard fit alarm / imobiliser? It seems to be the same as on the SL500. In particular is it cat 1 Thatcham approved.

I just put unleaded in mine, no idea on the alarm, had to have a tracker fitted.

Although mines alot older than either of yours - in my petrol flap it states i should use "Super" and i do (do i need to?) as my bill for £78 showed this morning!!!!!!

Dunno, never used super, had no probs. Mine's the same engine as the last S500 and I know someone who owns one of them, he's always used normal stuff too.
