Idle speed on petrol 280ge
Can any one help, I have just bought my first G-Wagen and have just had it tuned by a mobile tuner, he has set the timing up and reduced the CO emmisions, however she is now ticking over at about 950 revs/min. He and I are unable to find any adjustment on the Bosch Fuel inj. pump to reduce the idle speed. We didn't want to touch the throttle stop as they are normally factory set. Can anybody advise me please?

its not on the pump. its a large white slot head screw. Look from front of engine between the distributor to your right t and the camshaft cover to your leftt, its just below the knuckle joint on the throttle linkage, it opens the air flow and does not have anything to do with the injection pump, leave that alone
