Currently I have a SWB 460 which I use for off roading - lazy dog walking if the truth be known!

I have considered putting a set of wheel arches on but I'm worried they would get torn off dropping in and out of tractor grooves (when my straddling goes pear-shaped).

Anyone have experience of this :?:

Does the wider wheel/tyre combination stop this from happening :?:

A number of considerations:

If you have the skinny rim/tyre combination, your G would look ridiculous if you fit extended wheelarches.

If you still want to do it, there are two types of wheelarches, made of fiberglass or rubber. I believe the latter are not original but they are cheaper and they don't break.
