Total Off Road article and Allan Gibson.....................
See the current Total Off Road magazine for G article that should be of interest, I felt the article should have shown at the very least one or two of Allan's photos with his G in deep water. Was he wearing waterproof boots at the time ?

I sent a CD full of photos of mine and Davids G's in competitions , ie the Argyll Challenge and Ae forest events but unfortuneatly they didn't use them ,also its not us driving them , our little rally team were competing in the Tour of Mull Rally so my friend / winchman Ian McLue and Davids dad took the G's to the photo shoot , anyway it was great to get them featured in a national mag instead of the usual suspects. are you doing the AE challange in August???. I Might be competing in that, I know Tony in his G Wagen is.
I was in that issue of Total off road to. I was in the letters page. I mentioned they should do more on G Wagens, they replied by e:mail saying there was going to be an article on Gwagens in the next issue. Well done. :lol:

Hi Peter , Unfortunately I will miss the Ae Challenge this year ( fantastic event ) they have had to run it only a week after the Argyll and thats the day we fly out to Canada for two weeks , i was hoping to be doing the event on my return from holiday but we can't have everything , ....need the holiday.... !!! Hopefully David will manage the event in the red G wagen . If you are up prior to the event maybe we can all meet up for a pint or two . Cheers Allan Gibson
Sorry Peter kind of misread your posting , we are doing the Argyll Challenge at end of August but I personally wont make the Ae challenge on 3rd Sept . Is it the Argyll or the Ae challenge you are doing ?
afraid not my G is sick at the moment ands the guy who I co drive for is on holiday too. Have never done it but hopefully next year.

Hi is it the tour of mull rally you want to know about if so I have competed several times send me a message or email if you want to know more I also drive the red gwagen in the article mentioned in this post.
Robert my winchman also stays in inverness.
