Where to find a good G?

I am thinking of upgrading my 230GE to either a 280 or 463.
There seems however to be a distinct lack of good cars which aren't ludicrously priced! 
Has anybody managed to find a reliable source of good cars? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
