A bit harsh to describe it as stupid. He's just swapped in a OM603 engine and auto box from a MB. Nice engine, big lift

I think it is a bit unfortunate that he has lost the ability to use four wheel drive though. it would seem he could not find a way to mate the MB box to the Nissan transfer box, shame.

The Merc engine is reliable, yes, but sluggish. What good does a lift do you if you only have traction in 1 wheel, apart from losing handling and the ability to tow anything with the standard tow bar?
36m/gal my ass! I’ve owned 124’s, and in the car they give that on a run, not in that thing.
Monster truck, just because he has lifted it? Then Huss has a super duper monster truck. My guess is he only has 31”-33” tyres on there.
So, stupid because it will be slow, lazy thirsty and not good for anything. But then again people drive 200m/h cars while the speed limit is 70, so maybe I am the stupid one for not seeing the need for cars not fit for anything specific.
I’ve enjoyed the sports cars I owned, and at least you get a thrill from the acceleration in them.
