Hi
Heat the Waxoil before applying....and use a long probe for the vertical pillars and bottoms of the doors make sure all surfaces are mud free so a good pressure wash first around the rear lower panels headlamps wheel arches rear upper shock absorber brackets ( under the domes) both from body mount pillars.....and in the engine bay where the leaves collect between the inner side panels and the bulkhead

Yes make sure it's really mud free 1st and let it dry. There are so many mud traps on a G. Use pressure washer and feel around with a gloved hand to loosen the mud where you cant see. Pay attention to around the rear light panels.
Stand the can of Waxoyl in a bucket of boiling water. You can also think it by about 50% with white spirit to make sure it flows out of the extension tube (I presume you have one for the end of the underseal gun). Check it's getting out of the tube as it gets clogged. Inject it into any holes in the sills or chassis you can find and replace the factory plugs. You are aiming to coat the insides surfaces of the panels not fill them up with wax. You would use alot of wax up trying anyway.
You could also try a rust stabiliser like Dinitrol brand or even hammerite on any damaged areas of factory underseal 1st.
Dont use POR15. Expensive and not durable.
Let it dry then do it again where you might have missed any spots. You dont need to put it on too heavily either. Wear a mask, gloves, googles and a cap to do it properly. Oh...use a torch or inspection light . Enjoy

That looks fantastic, mines is pretty much the same but in blue, just finished off the body paintwork, wax oiling underneath is very high on my agenda to finish this truck off!!

Were the clear indicators standard, or did you purchase these?
