I believe he was looking for a 463, if you read the advert it does say "opening gambit" offers invited. £2-4,000 for a 127,000 mile diesel with a dodgy colour scheme would be my estimate. You can't see how good or not the respray is and that towing attachment on the front suggests heavy duty use. Irish plate as well?
It's from the Isle of Man, not Ireland. Could well be 27k genuine given how clean the interior looked - I think the ad said one owner. Front tow hitch might have been for pulling a boat trailer up and down a slipway - probably easier when you can see which way the thing is going
