Very Neet G300 with loads of options....
burr walnut and aircon weren't so "rare" on Gs..unless he means the whole car is rare, then again there are G300s registered up to 2 years after that!
Does a RHD really increase the value by THAT much? One could get a reasonable condition 10/97 G320 cabrio!

i believe its worth it....
quite rare, and lacksw the electronic gremlins associated with the more modern G's !!
[btw, i wonder what my ruby is worth 96' model N reg with a similar spec too....]
Yes you are right actually! It's just my personal preference really :D
Hi
Not so pretty when you enlarge the pictures to full screen...front passenger door pocket panel missing ....lots of stains on the front footwell carpets (water ingress from the usual places?) appears to have early 463 wheels...various holes in the facia (when you remove the phone brackets)...and the sunroof problem....no mention of how many owners ...specific service history ?? it seems to be the standard build specification for a 1994 300GEL only rare because there were not many RHD built...there is one lying unused in Ireland to exactly the same spec as advertised and it was delivered in June 1994 on an "M" plate.
Its nice and has a nice spec but only the airbag and the cruise control are that unusual. I think its over priced though
agree with you prwales and fixwin. it's a nice car, but did they have airbags in 1994....i thought this was only in 1997 onwards? Something isn't adding up. No mention of rust treatment, which I'd really like to know about, or servicing. If the seller has a full (and complete with bills, mots, etc, etc) service history he might have a point to ask for 17k. If he doesn't have it, I think he's overpriced the vehicle.ph
Yes, they have airbags in 94 for sure. Mine was made in summer 94 and it has a driver's airbag.
You'd be better off buying mine :)
I think thats right we have all seen the work that was put into it, the lwb is a bit of a gamble.
Hi
I'm without a proper 4x4 at the moment following the sale of a petrol 300 last May But just spotted a 1993 diesel on pistonheads looks ok and is in Dorset
Would be interested but its a manual and I need auto due to worn out left knee !
Its done 170000 but looks good if a little overpriced
This may be the same vehicle but it has nearly 200,000 miles its on the free advertising site run by the Merc Owners Club
http://mercedescarfinder.co.uk/detail.html?car_id=157430
at £8,950
That's a good find, though when you look at the 'front on' look, the near side mount and rad look out of place? Or is it just my old eyes?
Anyone know the history of this vehicle? I have emailed the seller via piston heads for some info with no response! Anyone seen it in the flesh?
Gooch says he's seen it...
Is it gooch' car?
Has heated seats, drivers airbag, cruise control, sunroof, original sidesteps!
Your missing the point!
