Under dash A/C unit

Have any members got an old 'Diavia' or 'Eberspacher' aftermarket aircon blower unit.

I have seen them [retro]  fitted in G's

Just thought someone has removed one and has it at the back of the workshop and does not need it

Axel has decided that the ' Africa ' project must be finished before the 2 year rule is activated

Or advice on a possible supplier in uk....easy to get in US or AU....ones I have contacted in UK have been unhelpful !

ALSO need o/side [uk] rear bumper, straight but rusty ok !

Hi Tony,

 

I have tried to contact Diavia - Italy on this topic before; not a 'dickey bird' from them. Can you tell me what year the G-Wagen is to which this A/C is fitted? Is the motor your are after the same on the Erb..... Kit? Any motor numbers to work from?

This was my fall back position....$169.00 on USA ebay ,£ 289.00 from cbs - who have a use ful online catalogue.

Thankfully a member responded with an 'as is' removed unit which will do the trick

Hus...you will be pleased with my old 460 swb 280...new springs ,bilsteins , 20mm body lift  ,plastic tank ,changed to lhd [a labour of love]....sorted 662 [170 bhp ?] h/duty 5 speed twin fans,big i/cooler. + a lot of new metal ![ all 4 'wings']

Axel has invoked the '2 YEAR RULE'.....any project not finished in 2 years MUST come off the ramp.....so have 2 months left ...

See you in  Cyprus one day !
