Hi,
Just fitted Kenlowe electric fan - factory default set to activate at 95'C. Is this suitable for my vehicle? If not, what is ?
Thanks in advance,

Hi
where did you fit the sensor? and Yes that setting is good but the coolant sytem Must pressurise to achieve the higher temperatures without boiling . easiest but not the safest way to check that the system is pressurising is go for short drive to get the temp indicator pointing to the 12 o'clock position>>>> take a dense piece of material ( towel ) PLACE OVER THE FILLER CAP AND OPEN THE CAP with your hand wrapped in the towel TO THE FIRST NOTCH you should get a loud hiss as the pressure is released..

Sensor is fitted just below water inlet of rad (I have assumed hot water returns to the top of the radiator...???) and yes, system does pressurise (or at least did prior to the work I have just completed).
Thanks for response, maybe if it gets a little warmer the fan might even come on.
Cheers
