Just throwing this into the works :

I have the chance of an exiting unfinished project -

Might be of interest to a member - apologies in advance to purists - this is 'off topic'

2002 medium long semi high Sprinter FACTORY 4 x4 world traveller project

Clean bare van c.100.000 m no rust. CDI engine removed .Good 662 on pallet in back.All major parts there.V5....would make a wonderful camper with all analogue / mechanical drive train and an inline pump so not fuel quality sensitive with the 5 cylinder engine known world wide
Will get VIN no today so build can be verified...have been asked by owners family to value/purchase /sell to someone who will comlete
I cant justify the time to complete this myself and am posting to see if there is any interest in it for our community.

Do you know whether it has diff locks? Mark as a newer one wih a 3L V6 CDI engine which he is converting to a camper and is chasing the diff locks

More Info...Blue std w/b std roof..does not look like big miles ,maybe only
60k but did not power up dash..
VIN WDB9036622R390977...maybe Gav can decode ?
It has diff locks on axles like 460's but far too good and unusual to break !!
