Rear Leather seat for 463?

I think I can source a set of new 2000 seats from a w202 and I know the fronts are more or less a straight swap into my w463.

A mate of mine is an upholsterer and I want to know what to look out for in removing the rear seat cover and replacing my 463 rear with the one from the w202.

Presumably, it is just a case of re-skinning and using the back plate from the existing 463 seat?

Any advise welcome.....

You might not get an answer to this as its nearly always wear on the front seats only. So w201 w202 seats are used as a swap or as the basis of recovering in the original fabric. I had my w463 recovered in light grey leather in the factory style but because the front seats themselves were breaking up I used w202 seats and had them recovered in leather. They started out as black and check
