Rattly back windows..

 Has any one else had rattly back windows on ther swb ( rear sliding windows)?? I think its the seals need changing. Has any one changed them?? Is it hard to do?
Any help would would be geatfully received..

 A quicker and cheapest way to sort this problem is by sticking (If you can find one) those little felt, round thingys one finds under some office equipment , say, those pencil sharpeners with handles that are usually found in schools. 

Stick one at the top and one at the bottom of the glass, on the edge, sandwiched between the slider and static glass.
