posting pictures
anyone know how i post apicture

The current specification of the GWOA forum do not allow to post pictures directly. There is a project underway to upgrade the forum but in the meantime, yu can do the following:
Use any of the free hosting services available in the internet, like http://www.imageshack.us . You can upload you pictures there for free.
Once you have done it, you can link ther picture to a message in this forum. To do that, use the "Img" button above, and then type the complete internet address (url) of your picture. Make sure to click the "Img" button again when you finish typing it.
