new Range Ro0ver v the G63
I like that man!
Surely with the Range Rover, there is a lot more to go wrong?
RANGE ROVER
HANG OVER
badge alteration seen on a rr on bondi rd. sydney 15 yrs ago. they love altering signs over there, on the train the sign
"at night travel in the gards compartment marked with a blue light" was changed to
"at night rave in the gards compartment naked with a blue light". we did, he wasn't impressed!!

Yes there is - punctured air suspension bags, akin to having broken coil springs but worse, we know computer technology is not bullet proof in cars due to the hostile conditions it has to operate in, so likely hood of failure seems to be higher in theory.
Furthermore, the so called locking diff. in the case of the Range Rover that man describes is heavily reliant on computer technology, should the computer fail when you need traction most, 'diff locks' wouldn't be working then you are stuck.
That man also commented how many people would use the G63 diff locks on Rodeo Road; but by the same token how many Range Rover owners are going to engage their height control on the same road?
PS, the man did make über use of the three diff. locks given the conditions he drove - definitely not all required.
At end he was a nice man after all - for choosing to want the G63.
You can still steer with the front diff locked front.
What the tester fails to point out is the horrible noise from the RR's traction control, even worse when in mud, the fact you have to virtually spin a wheel before it kicks in, the jerkiness of it, heating pads and disc's up very quickly, huge wear and tear if off roaded regularly. Might as well have a Sprinter.
I'd like the G with the RR interior
take a look at the 2012/2013 G's - very RR'esk on the inside..
Spider1V
Take a look at the prices
here's a HANG OVER I saw near lake Zürich
big +1 on that Ian
Spider1V
the fact he could steer suggests he switched off the front diff
