Oh dear, I do hope not!
I saw it, and it looks like a cross between a LandCruiser and a tonker toy. Also looks very plastic, not utilitarian which is what I think the G is known for - no nonsense quality and unstoppable.
I think these things are put out there to test opinion and pretty speculative.
Taking on LR?
They took on LR 34 years ago, brilliant product, never understood the market. Have played 3rd fiddle ever since, MB just don't get it, Toyota got it and ran with it.

its like the tsachini tracksuits that came out in the 80's. everyone wanted one. [spider still has !!!] but it was forgotten. this will be the same.

It was never tacchini tracksuits, it was Le Coq Sportif and yes I still have the top!
Its always going to be difficult following an Iconic car such as the G. As concepts go this is better than the Landrover Concept someone posted a few months ago. Even if we look at the current range we have sub divisions of like for the 460 (meh) to the 463 (Best off road EVER!).

taking on the LR defender DC100? I'M loving the G headlights on this concept because thats all it is right now but MB will do it maybe not quite like the consept , whatever it may be we know it'll be out there !!
