jungle lunch

our lavish jungle lunch yesterday :)
going up a fairly steep 'light S-shaped' incline
the G was the only one that went without any drama.. non-lockers didn't even try
in fact, i ended up going back & forth again with some extra passengers because they were so impressed by the poise when i went up the first time. the best comment of the day was 'felt like riding on the back of an elephant going up & down through the terrain'
no wheel slip at all, so slow, & yet so effortless :)

Re: jungle lunch
Hello shochu,
Great to see a family type event; you mentioned a 'jungle lunch', but I noticed your tables lack the "nosh" (food), perhaps all eaten up, but a excellent community spirit - Nice one.
Cheers,

Re: jungle lunch
Making my mouth water.
all pics were taken after lunch finished
no one wanted to take pictures and let everybody else finish the food :)
the table at the end with the kids had 2 stoves, one for warming up fried rice, the other for frying sausages for hot dogs
we had chinese BBQ pork & chicken rice on the other end (warmed up inside the 300GE's engine bay)
grilled 200 skewers of chicken 'satay' on the spot in the middle table, accompanied by grilled 'rice cakes'
oranges, kit kats & snicker's for desert
all under the magnificent shades of the forest trees, with cliffs left & right of the track
how's that for a treat :)
