Bit cheeky I know, but I couldn't where else you post this Christmas gift to Jazz loving G folks.

These days folks are always bemoaning the lack of get up and go of our younger generations.

Well I introduce this young man who is an exception.

He needs £2.5K to put together an album, not easy when you've just left college. He's showing tremendous initiative, even one pound would bring him one note nearer.

Supporting our youth is important but where possible I ordinarily would, in this case it has not been posssible and I owe up to the fact that I did could not support his cause.

Great, that is good to know. I am afraid I did not get round to paying up (pathetic I know) but I did watch his video message on the site, and good for him for trying to do something to help himself!

Yes he's certainly shown some oomph. Nice to see when there are so many kids with entitlement hard wired into their DNA. I'll be getting the album when cut and I'll share it with folks if they want. 

Anybody else worship Theolonius Monk. If so, check out "The Jazz Countess" 

Do we need a jazz G section
