Inner Wing cuts for Iveco 3.5t intercooler pipe work
Had a couple of requests from members on how to butcher the inner wings on 460 to take turbo pipes.....
Looks difficult but these series of pics show job from start to finish in less than 5 hours. Only tools needed are angle grinder with 1mm cutting discs and mig welder and a small amount of stock sheet.
The cut outs take 10 minutes, all the rest is as shown on the pics. The moral of the story is don't be frightened!
