Indicator/Wiper stalk
Does anyone know if a 124 stalk will fit a '91 463?

Purely, on the basis the part numbers for the same item are different, I would say no.
No they won't. There's a fair amount of difference between the two steering column lengths and internals. I investigated when fitting a cruise control from a 124 to a 463. Neither cruise nor indicator stalk came close to fitting.
