Re: Here's one for the brave....

to me it's a perfect way to build a super 'g' shorten the terrible body back to a nice sized two door cab and fit a dropside ali body /perhaps ditch the petrol engine for something like a 605a/606a etc and you have a really useful practical truck .

value ?? 2k ish £ who knows ? like i said i would use it to make a super 'g' the worst bit is done for you BUT if it has been done badly then it is just a pile of parts unless you are brave enough to finish it ,it really is a monstrosity just imagine the bill for the trimming out the whole interior.. it's grim.

Should have been sold by now - any more makes it over the top. That's all my decision, yep, I decided for my self.  wink

Have to agree with that, with no pictures of the underneath you have to fear the worst. Shame really its not a bad idea, and good to see it was here 1st not a copy of an Austrian effort

1. Money

2. More Money

3. Even More Money

4. Zen Master level 10 in Fixing Cars (General)

5. Zen Master level 12 in fixing G Wagens

6. Patience

7. Even more patience

8. Understanding partner

9. Good parts supplier - Check

10. Support of a good team - Check

It would be hats off id you decided to tackle this project. As has been mentioned earlier if the Chassis is OK then you have a slightly better chance, than none at all. If you did take this on what you would have at the end of it is one amazing G, probably unique in the UK and a nice little earner for school proms, stag night out, carriage for the odd visiting 3rd world dictator / Mafia boss.

Best of British!

I'm sure it is Mark Vulture's, I recognise the sill boxing he did on G's. If it is Mark's one, it will be solid, he knows what he is doing.

Ugly though!
