My heated rear screen has stopped working I've checked the fuse that's OK is there a relay or something that controls the time it's on? or any other suggestions

Likely to be a broken wire at the tailgate wiring loom. If you have a W460 the wire loops externally from the left rear panel feeding into the tailgate door. If you have a W463, then this wire comes out from the left tailgate door pillar and feeds into the tailgate edge and is cover in a conduit.

If it is not the wireing loom check that the relay has not worked loose or even fallen out.

It is underneath the steering column close to the fuses and not easy to acess.

Relays for 463 behind fuses, in passenger footwell, though unsure which relay it is?
