The G Wagen is now being listed in Practical Classics price guide.   Some of you might be inclined to look at agreed value insurance as a result of this.   It's good that there is national recognition of a fact we've all known for quite a time - G values are going up!
Prices listed are:  Dealer/concourse £17500
   Condition 1   £14000
   Condition 2   £7500
   Condition 3   £3000

Expect some silly ads on e-bay

Re: G Wagen values

Sorry but without reference to model, spec and age those figures are meaningless.

Re: G Wagen values

A detailed description of what one would have to look for to arrive at the "condition" criteria would be a great help...  I still think the only true value is in the eye of the beholder
"pretty" can be a total technical disaster..
"driving well" can be a total rotbox
low mileage "unsupported" by documented yearly servicing is not the best guide to buying a 10/20 year old vehicle
might help the insurance companies determine premiums though

Re: G Wagen values

Has anyone got experience/ideas of where to get a valuation report from, with a view to agreed valuation insurance? Any experience anyone has had would help greatly.
