I am trying to source a set of flanges that connect the  twin downpipe to the catalytic converter pipes. Any idea if I could get split type flanges as I don't want to cut in the pipes.

I had a clamp made up by a local garage when mine started to fall apart. Fairly crude half circle cut from 6mm steel plate with a hole top and bottom. Put 2 halves together with another two on the other side. All pulled tight with two bolts

Thanks for this. I can source flanges from jetex ( www.jetex.co.uk) cut out of mild steel. split them in half and reweld once fitted. The front pipes are of 50 mm internal dia, the back are:54 mm ID. So I would need to ensure that the holes for the bolts line up once in place. I was just wondering if there is a split clamp that can go around the bellmouth joint, similar to those available for the american trucks.
