So Highbrow its not.
Fortunately I'm easily pleased.. just so long as there are hot chicks, firearms, explosions and somebody handing it out to stereotype east-european bad guys.
Even if that isn't you thing .. It is worth seeing for the epic car chase - 5 minutes of Jonh Mclane doing what he does best in a G63 AMG.

I think it’s not good for enthusiasts to have the G feature so prominently in film let alone this piece of theatrical junk, unless it is as it should be, in adverse weather, or off road

I quite enjoy the Die Hard films, all rather entertaining in their own way and the fact the G has a prominent space, driven by the 'Good Guy' make a pleasant change. Mind you PRW, I know you like watching the G's in the Gansta Rap Vids and the Britney Spears ones - face it you are a real Homie, Bro!
It was also featured in te A Team - Gets hit by a herc and the Expendables 2 (again driven by Brucie), however if its more high brow, you may want to watch Coriolanus - Directed by Mr R Finnes. I think Brian Cox drives around in one.

Great move by MB - its the second major Brucie movie (Expendables 2 a couple of months back) to feature a G Class. Aside from the bridge jump most of the rest of it looked pretty comfortable, MB media dept must be very pleased..
