Clunking

Sorry for the weird description but I have replaced the transmission mount and there is still a clunk when I throttle off. Any ideas what to replace next? 463 LWB

 manual or auto, what made you think it was transmission mounts, the engine mounts can deteriorate quite bad on Gs, the rubber goes brittle, and if oils has leaked on the them they disintigrate

 if its is like a heavy 'clunk' when this happened on my 463 Auto it ended up being the bit that connected the engine to the transmission. (half drive?) It went clunk too many times then gave up on the M4.

Not saying this is your problem, but at least one can check and make sure
