Alas, had I the money and a garage space, I would go for it, but as the seller has mentioned some work is required to it.

Why would the plate be worth so much? I don't really understand prices of plates. I got H15 MBG for basic price off DVLA. I have LUI 9416 would that have any value? Any ideas?
