I need to fit a cb in my 463. I was not sure where to put it. Has anyone done it, if so where abouts. Or if anyone has any ideas where I am all ears.

Re: CB Radio

I have seen them fitted vertically to the rear of the centre lower console. Where the rear ashtray is, pull the ashtray out and feed the cable out the hole

Re: CB Radio

Lenny,

Mine is exactly where Roly had mentioned. When you fit it there, just make sure that you fit it high enough off the ground as the set can overheat otherwise. By the way, I've also seen them fitted below the glove box.

Re: CB Radio

Hi Lenny

There is plenty of choice out there
if you are going with an dashmounted set
get something compact like a wee Maxon cm10
this wee one has large buttons as well LOL
you will pick it up on fleabay or the net for 50 / 60 quid
and this size is easy to conceal
Radios UK are a good enough supplier
Hope this helps
