From Casa de Uceda to Matarrubia
Today is Saint Joseph -Father's day in Spain. Given that half of the team are parents, we had a rough time obtaining dispensation to go offroading today and only eventually obtained it by promising to be back by lunchtime. In any event, we spent a good couple of hours driving off road, in a beautiful day and enjoying the wonderful countryside. It is a privilege to have all this at about only 100 kilometres from the centre of Madrid!

Never mind about that... it's raining cats and dogs around here right now and the forecast is rain again until Friday. But then this is Spain and the sun will be back in time for the weekend.... Horrible life this is!
