Where?
Black is the new white, it's tricky to see as it's shown here against a white background :-)

where Ned, where.....
If it's that one the suspension lift makes it look a bit ridiculous imo.
Increasing the height to such an extent must mitigate against the extra power the diesel update has given the vehicle, especialy when cornering
Because of the lift it would probably have looked better with the arches filled with 35" rubber and I am not sure why the roof rack has to be so far off the roof. Apart from that it appears to be a very well put together G 460.
having both seen this in the flesh and been taken out in it, I must say it would be a must for anyone who want to go mud plugging. I can vouch for the work that has been done - it's been done by a member who has vast experience of such work, based in the south west. Though not my personal taste as it lacks a certain something...... mainly 4 extra cylinders and about 2.5 ltrs . Though one can always reduce it and stick on some fenders on it.
I think it is being sold by a current GWOA member, but will check and get back to y'all
Spider1V
From what I read on the eblag ad, it looks like it's had a nice engine conversion (how good a job though?)
If it were mine i'd fit standard wheels and drop the suspension back down again... i've had plenty of lifted landrovers, and they get very tiring driving... standard is soooo much nicer (HD springs are fine)
Have just been in this vehicle and yes ,it is a bit of a tall boy !
However the work is 100% ,2.9 engine install looks factory and hard to fault.
ORC suspension and body lift although not to my taste is properly done.
Body work is show standard - full glass out respray - zero rust or low quality repairs-spring and shock mounts look like new.
Interior ditto
Location may give clue as to which school it has come from

PS , owner is holding out for strong money.
its had the body lifted..you can see the red poly bushes..lifting body keeps the COG lower than lifitng the suspension 80mm..im guessing ORC 40mm lift with 40mm body lift...35/12:50 would make it look better and more stable off road..looks a nice job..but can never recover the costs of work carried out.
Even my wife looked at (my ebay watch list) it and said it looked tidy!
If i had it, think i'd drop the suspension and/or body down a bit.
Go on, you know you want to......
I gather you are looking for one and if your wife approves, what better recommendation do you need?
