With 37" tyres, portal axles, half a meter of ground clearance and 550 ft/lbs of torque it probably doesn't need a lot of articulation to get where its going.

Make sense, at least more sense than a G63, optional extras: gun rack, fully armored and Jacuzzi.

Five lockers?

Even the Pinzgauer 6x6 only has three.

I guess MB have stuck in a lockable inter-axle diff at the rear too, which seems like over-kill. But then, this whole "toy" is over-kill. Good fun though...I'm sure.
