2013 Mercedes G65 Spyridon By Hamann (V12) 702php
In order to provide even more power, the only adjustments the tuner is providing are the addition of a brand-new exhaust system and some slight ECU upgrades. The outcomes are very extraordinary, as the G65 AMG’s output goes from 612 to 702 hp and the peak torque goes from 737 to 818 pound-feet of torque, and the G63 model’s output is improved from 544 to 610 horse power and the peak torque up from 516 to 645 pound-feet.
Both cars are hideous but worse than that, make a mockery of what is essentially a very functional vehicle. By mockery I mean the silly engines and the revolting styling, my opinion is that in g-wagen terms it is that the most basic is often the best.
There are those that like this type of styling even some on this forum but its not for me.
I agree - even electric windows are a gadget to far (?!?)

Pigs & lipstick.
The G55 and beyond appeal to somebody who likes the idea that a truck than can outrun a sports car. When the G55 was introduced that looked feasible on paper but in today’s world a 4 cylinder AMG A class will outrun a G65. But it remains a car with a suspension so stiff that it needs dedication to drive it on uneven roads. Less is more comes to mind.
I've nothing against people modding their G's, each to their own, but I must say I've never seen a Hamann that I have liked. Seems like a waste of money to me.
You raise a very fair point - but I know which one I would like to be in . You don't really buy a G to go round corners, over them yes, round.....no. But like for like the AMG G's will out pace the overfinch, Toyota's, Evoque, etc etc.
But as the song says, 'I would do anything for love, but I won't do that' and I draw the line at Harman's. As a previous members have commented - pimp-tastic and pig with lippy!
