£1.3 million pounds worth of G Wagens !
Hi all just looked on pistonheads website and added up all g wagens advertised a staggering £1 . 3 million ponds worth and mainly all new models ! !
If you check the official mercedes-benz.co.uk used car section, they have almost a dozen on there!
cheapest one is 40k-odd, turns out to be an '08 LHD with 90k miles on the clock.
I suspect this is a replay of what happened in the early '90's with the first of the 463's. Mine was built in October '91 but did not find its 1st owner until May '93. Presumably with a substantial discount?
I expect £1.3 million ponds worth is not to be sniffed at if you happen to be a fish
I was hoping some of the members who were around and interested at the time might chime in...so in 2025 we might see some affordable G350 bluetecs!
I think in 2025 we maybe driving around in electric g wagens and all remembering the good old days in our petrol 460s and 463s !
I had a strange dream and in it was a vision of stripping out the engine, gearbox's, prop shafts, turning the egine bay into a seat for the driver and it being a luxury carraige to be towed by a team of horses.
Blimey , seems strange dreams occur when drugs are taken ! stick to drink you just get a hangover !
And how would you engage diff locks on a horse?
leather thong around its nuts? or is that like an over drive?
