Hi.

I was just wondering if is normal that the windshield fluid is activated a second after the wipers on my G270?

Re: Windshield fluid slow.

I think the wipers should activate a second or so after, but I will need to check.

There should be a one-way valve on the line to the washer-jets on the bonnet. This stops the fluid draining back. Check first with the bonnet open, whether there is any delay between pressing the button and hearing the pump activate. If there is no delay for pump activation, then perhaps your fluid is draining back and it takes a second or so to reach the jets.

That`s a good tip. Maybe the lines take their time to fill up. I`ll check it out :)
