waterproof/ fitted seat covers
Ive searched the forum back to 2009 and looked on google/ ebay and found no answer so thought id ask.
My 1993 lwb has absolutely spotless fabric seats that are like new, does anyone have/ no of a supplier of good quality seat cover rather than the usual multi fit rubbish.
In my Defender I had Melvill & Moon canvass covers so wondered if something similar or even nicely fitted waterproof ones were available for G's.
Worst case scenario is it true that I heard range rover classic covers fit? although this wouldnt still answer the rear seats.
All I can find are the fluffy ones which im not a fan of.
Thanks in advance
You looking for seat covers Tom ?

I've never tried them but they say fully fitted for G ? Maybe call em ?
Good luck
I use multi fit ones, tough covers from aggricutral places, seem to fit ok, look fine until they get very dirty, good value for money about £20, but not tried them on the rear seat .
Hi Tom,
I have searched for covers before and also floor mats. They seem not to be available. I saw nice ones on a wolf once but they only fitted the front. I also found fitted rubber mats in Germany but them trucks got the steering wheel on wrong side !
Not an easy thing to find but good luck and if you score do let us know !
Best wishes
these are the genuine mercedes over-mats for LWB (1990 - 1999):
...and for SWB
...and all:
Thank you very much Arnie !
I have managed several times to locate many for W463 but mine is a 460 and that proves to be the stumbling block. Or are they universal between 463 and 460 ?
Also on .De they are for left hookers ! Mine is RHD so the front mats do not work ?
Cheers,
Neil.
W460, here:
I guess you can use LHD versions and just cut a slot for the accelerator pedal bottom hinge fixing to poke through.
Cheers I might give them a call, was after a nice quality set really. those linked might be ok as a backup though. would of thought someone must make some nice tailored canvass or the likes.
Thanks Tom
