Wanted. G Wagon parts advice
HELP NEEDED. I've just bought my first G wagon and would really appreciate any help sourcing parts ( new or secondhand) It's a 1982 Lhd soft top that's been sat here in Spain for 10 years but still started after 5/10 mins!!! I'm in the process of stripping it down and I'm going to have it repainted next month. First I'm going to detail the suspension and detail the chassis. I'll try and post a few pics as I'm doing the work.

All new parts are available through your local MB dealer's Parts department by supplying your VIN.
The engine parts will be similar to those from W123 Mercedes and common service items will be available from 3rd parties such as Euro Car Parts.
Brake calipers, cylinders, discs, shoes etc from Brakes International.
Body panels can be had a pattern parts (made in China?) or originals from MB (I'd go for the later if your budget allows).
Anything else, just ask on this forum and I'm sure you'll be pointed in the right direction.
