W460 rear lights orientation

Simple one.  I can't make it out from the manuals.

Which way up should the rear lights on a 460 be?   Both mine have the longer black surround lip at the bottom.  But I have seen Gs with them swapped(L/R) and the lip over hanging at the top.

I think I have mine the right way but if you can check how yours are.

Lip at the top on every one i have owned

Don't believe the housings are handed, just the lens

If they are different, there's sometimes and 'L' and 'R' on the back of the housing.

Yes, I think it is conclusive that the lip of the light cluster should be an overhang, not a sill.  As seen in these two pics.  So mine are the wrong way and I will need to swap them over sometime.
