Anybody know where I can source W460 drum brake fitting kit - only links I can find are to expnsive US sites, e.g.

That looks like a good kit. But don't ship from the US.  You will be lucky to see it in 2021.  Germany shipping is bad enough.  Latvia worse - I've been waiting 8 weeks.

Isn't it something MB sell?

Try ebay, its the same as a mercedes t1 van , the model before the sprinter
