Anyone any experience of VORTEX, , ambulances fleets getting them numerous HGV outfits, not cheap  but if they will make G system , could pay for itself, 15 %improvement in economy and power.

Should have put a link, but favourable report in Total Off Road Magazine and Practical Classics.

Re: VORTEX EXHAUST
Any open freeflow type exhaust will improve engine breathing and efficiency with a few caveats regarding intake and mixture adjustment. Scientific design of intake and exhaust systems is an excellent book and reference. So are quite a few other publications on thermodynamics. The practice of commercial ventures claiming to have a "special" design or feature has been going on for many decades, since at least the 1950's with little or no merit. Often featuring the weirdest contraptions. Many were proven to be worse than the standard factory item. Best way to think about exhaust design is to imagine the pipe the size of your body and you need to crawl through it.
