I have recently returned from a trip to the Pyrenees in France and Pecos mountains in Spain with Mark Blunden and  thought you may find some of the photographs interesting if not inspirational. For a couple of days we joined up with Roly who had driven down to The Pyrenees in his 500 for a weeks holiday with his family.

Ah, the mountains and sunshine, looks fantastic. How do you find were those trails exist? Word of mouth/map which says 'off roading' great here or driving along and going "oh, that looks interesting"?

Considering heading that way way next year and wondered if any info/maps on what folks consider (and legally acceptable) 'great adventure drives"? This could include camping in the wilderness as well...

Cheers,Stewart

Been to Picos many times, some good tracks if you find them, though recently National Park seems to have put restrictions to forest/agricultural vehicles, also seems to vary from Province to Province, Leon for example don't seem keen on green laning.
