Spindle Kit
Most 460s leak in the footwell.
Often through the wiper spindles, but also can be through the air box intake(if the drain there is blocked), or around the rubber window seals. or where the water drains off the sides but runs down the bulkhead in inside instead.
If through the spindles, it can be detected if you wiggle the wiper arm and there's a lot of movement and slack. Replacing the wiper arm mechanism is quite a lengthy process if you take out the whole dash to get at it.
So as a first step - try just replacing the spindle seal and cover... I was able to get one from Mark van de Wal (both sides) for a reasonable sum. My black plastic covers were shot, although washer and seal seemed good and no real movement in my spindle - it looked like a replacement. Still, its a 15minute job, so worth doing.
To get the wiper arm off the spindle, after being screwed down for a while, apply some penetrating oil, then a piece of wood against the screen or frame so you can apply some leverage to the underside with a spanner - then tap tap tap with a small metal hammer to shock it off.
The Washer nut is 22mm and the Spindle nut is 1/2 inch. The black plastic cover just snaps over the washer nut... you could pack with some grease first to deter water ingress, or even seal around the base with a bit of mastic.
We will see if this stops the wet carpet on the drivers side I have. Personally, I can't see how so much water can be coming in this way, but will see.
I will get Marks details/contact if anyone wants the kit.
Just what I need ! Can you post his contact details please, just one of those jobs I've trying to get round to and hopefully this might be the solution.
regards,
Rowland.

Hello Mark, can you please tell me how much the wiper spindle kits are please? I have two 460 Gs so would need enough to do both trucks. Please include carriage cost.
many thanks
